- Vetting of Agreements, Deeds, and Legal Documents
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. from a recognized university (mandatory).
- Practical knowledge and interest in property law, contract law, and corporate compliance.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Familiarity with land record systems, ROC searches, and statutory filings.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property title search and prepare detailed Title Search / Title Verification Reports.
- Carry out legal due diligence for property, corporate, and transactional matters.
- Assist in pre-disbursement legal audits, review conditions precedent, and verify statutory compliances.
- Vetting of agreements, deeds, and other legal documents.
- Review of land/property records, encumbrance certificates, revenue documents, ROC records, and litigation searches.
- Drafting legal opinions, notes, and compliance reports.
- Maintaining proper documentation and audit trails.
