OngoleBulls Invest Pvt. Ltd., a financial services and investment firm, is looking for a Legal Intern to support our legal and compliance functions. This role offers practical exposure to corporate and commercial legal work in the financial services ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research related to corporate, contract, and commercial laws

• Support drafting and review of NDAs, MoUs, service agreements, and internal documents

• Assist with regulatory and compliance documentation (as applicable)

• Maintain legal records, trackers, and documentation

• Support coordination with internal teams and external legal professionals

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing LLB (3-Year or 5-Year programme) from a recognized institution

• Basic understanding of Contract Law and Company Law

• Good research, drafting, and communication skills

• Willingness to work in an on-site corporate environment
