Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Intern in January located in Faridabad. The Legal Intern will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, assisting with drafting contracts, and providing support for resolving legal issues. They will also engage with clients and collaborate with senior legal consultants to deliver high-quality legal services, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various areas of law.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Law and Legal Consulting
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and handling Legal Issues
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) or current enrollment in a recognized law program
• Interest or experience in areas such as corporate law, dispute resolution, or mergers and acquisitions is a plus
