• LLB and LLM degrees from a Tier 1 law college.
• Genuine passion for civil, commercial, business, corporate, and industrial litigation.
• Superior drafting skills, demonstrated through well-researched, meticulously investigated, and properly cited legal documents, such as:
• Summary suits
• Civil suits
• Written statements
• Written evidence
• Plaints
• Injunction applications
• Writs
• Legal notices and replies
• Agreements, contracts, and MOUs
• Client complaints
• Legal opinions in the above domains
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
• Advanced legal research and interpretation abilities.
• Strong internet navigation and typing proficiency for efficient workflow.
• Enthusiasm for client interactions, including counseling and consulting.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and uphold professional ethics.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Deep respect for the legal profession, viewing litigation as a lifelong calling.
• Eagerness to engage in courtroom advocacy and case argumentation.
