This internship offers hands-on exposure to direct tax procedures, legal drafting, research, and litigation support, enabling law students to develop strong technical and analytical skills under professional guidance.

Areas of Exposure:

• Assisting in Direct Tax Litigation matters, including assessments and appeals
• Drafting submissions, responses, and relevant documentation
• Conducting legal and tax research
• Compliance support for Direct Tax filings and procedural requirements
• Case analysis and preparation of advisory notes
• Chance to work with seasoned professionals and ex-EY tax practitioners on matters involving listed corporates, high-quantum litigation, and complex tax issues
• Opportunity to engage with reputed clients and established companies

Growth Opportunity:
Based on performance, a full-time position at the firm may be offered at the end of the internship.

Stipend (Full-Time): ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
