Bliss Natural, a brand under Green Delight Innovations Pvt. Ltd., is a fast-growing eco-friendly and natural product manufacturing company based in Coimbatore.
We specialize in biodegradable, women-centric hygiene products promoting sustainability, innovation, and women’s wellness.

We are looking for a Legal Intern to assist our management and legal team in handling corporate, compliance, and documentation processes.

Role Overview:

As a Legal Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in corporate law, compliance, contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
You’ll work closely with the internal team to ensure legal operations are compliant and documentation is maintained accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and vendor contracts.
• Support the team in statutory compliance and regulatory filings.
• Research legal topics, laws, and updates relevant to FMCG/manufacturing sectors.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of company legal files.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and consultants when needed.
• Review company policies and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Support HR and admin departments in employment law-related documentation.
• Prepare legal summaries, case notes, and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed LLB / BA-LLB / BCom-LLB from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of corporate and contract law.
• Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Available for on-site internship in Coimbatore.
