Legal (Intern)

As an Intern at Dun & Bradstreet in the Legal team located at BKC, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal processes and business operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the legal team to gain a deep understanding of D&B's legal processes and business operations. - Assisting in the preparation of documents and contracts. - Supporting the legal team in day-to-day operational tasks. - Drafting and reviewing emails for legal team communications with a focus on clarity and professionalism. - Maintaining a systematic filing system for email correspondence to ensure easy retrieval and reference. - Monitoring incoming emails and ensuring prompt responses to queries and requests from clients and stakeholders. - Overseeing the maintenance of databases to ensure accurate cataloging and up-to-date documents. - Scheduling and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes. - Serving as the primary point of contact for internal coordination between the legal department and other business units.
