Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Job Summary:

The Legal Head will oversee all legal matters of the organization, ensuring compliance with real estate laws, RERA, and other statutory requirements. The role involves providing strategic legal advice, managing property documentation, handling litigation, and safeguarding the company’s legal interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and finalize various legal documents such as sale deeds, agreements for sale, joint venture agreements, lease deeds, and MOUs.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, Land Laws, Building Regulations, and other statutory requirements applicable to real estate projects.
• Liaise with government authorities, external legal counsels, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage and monitor all litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters related to land, customers, or vendors.
• Conduct legal due diligence for land acquisition and project approvals.
• Provide legal opinions and strategic guidance to management on ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all property and legal documentation.
• Stay updated with amendments in real estate, contract, and corporate laws.
• Draft and vet legal notices, replies, and internal communications.
• Support in title verification and registration processes.
