Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers after the property handover. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution of queries. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, maintenance, accounts) to deliver exceptional service. Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and experience. Ensure adherence to service-level agreements and escalation protocols. Assist in organizing customer events, satisfaction surveys, and service initiatives. Support the sales team by providing post-sales insights and customer inputs.
