Post- Legal Expert

No. of vacancy- 01

Job Location- Pune,Maharastra

Employment Type- Contract

Exp Require- 7 yrs

Min. Qualification- Any Graduate with LLB

Role & responsibilities

Draft petitions, show-cause notices, and RTI/legal responses under the PAT Scheme
Provide legal advice and support to SDA
Liaison with SERC, ASG, Registrar, and other legal authorities
Participate in hearings, drafting of orders, and ensuring legal compliance
Support SDA in litigation,contractual agreements, and MoUs

Preferred candidate profile

Max Age

Eligibility

Bachelors in any stream + LLB from a recognized university
Minimum 7 years of legal experience (experience in energy, electricity, or regulatory sectors desirable)
