Job Description

LLB/LLM degree from reputed institution. 2-6 years of experience in working with in-house teams in Corporate Offices or law firms. Should have fare knowledge of drafting agreements and contracts. Should have knowledge of Negotiable Instruments Act, NI Act, Money recovering suit, IM reverse property, Arbitration, Labour Laws, Land acquisition knowledge for expansion & Title due diligence. Should have ability to interact and deal independently with Advocates, Government and Police Authorities. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be a good team player. High professional integrity and ethical standards. Should be responsible and able to manage day-to-day work independently. Should assist Manager-Legal in day to day activities. Good command of MS Excel, MS word and Power Point etc.
