Job Description

Position: Jr. Engineer- Production Location : Nandur, Pune Accountability: Accountable for shift production activities like produce the production with quality and less cost, Rate of production, Material Efficiency, manpower engagement etc. Responsibilities: Manpower Planning and Execution Plans and allocates the manpower in the shift. Engages the manpower in the positions based on the skill and experience. Ensures rotation of the manpower and ensures distribution of skilled manpower in key areas. Takes the entire responsibility of the shift and plays vital role in achieving the targeted production by continuous observation of the machine parameters, process parameters and motivating the operators. Checks the green stage moisture, RM content, green stage density, dry sheet density at destacker end and ensures maintenance of desired standards. Co-ordinates with Lab Assistant regarding RM scales and ensures nil deviation. Cross checks RM Feeding physical vs auto and ensures nil deviation.
