About the Role

Corporate Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities

Contract Drafting & Review

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of

    client contracts, vendor agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), NDAs, MOUs

    , and other commercial documents.
  • Prepare and revise

    employment contracts, appointment letters, consultancy agreements

    , and related HR legal documents.
  • Ensure all contracts align with company policies, legal standards, and business objectives.

Compliance & Legal Advisory

  • Provide support on corporate law matters, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist internal teams (HR, Finance, Sales, Operations) with legal guidance and policy interpretation.
  • Monitor legal risks and advise management on risk mitigation strategies.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain an organized repository of all contracts and legal documents.
  • Track contract renewals, expirations, and deliverables to ensure timely actions.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and convert them into effective legal documents.
  • Liaise with external legal advisors or consultants as needed.

Dispute Resolution Support

  • Assist in responding to legal notices, facilitating settlements, and gathering documentation for dispute resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Law (LLB); LLM is an advantage.
  • 24 years of relevant experience

    in corporate legal, preferably in contract management.
  • Strong understanding of

    contract law, labor laws, corporate laws

    , and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
