Job Title: Legal Executive

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra, India

Job Summary:

The Legal Executive will be responsible for providing legal support, drafting and reviewing documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and assisting in the resolution of legal matters. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and amend contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulatory requirements.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Assist in dispute resolution, litigation management, and coordination with external counsel.

Maintain and organize legal records, case files, and documentation.

Support in corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and statutory filings.

Advise internal teams on legal risks and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent

Experience:2–5 years of experience in a legal role (corporate or law firm).

Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
