Roles and Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents

  Prepare, review, and finalize Letter of Intent, Unit Agreements , Redevelopment Agreements, POA, Agreements, contracts, MoUs, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.

• Legal Compliance

  – Ensure compliance with RERA, property registration laws, land acquisition regulations, municipal approvals, and other statutory requirements .

• Property Due Diligence

  – Conduct Search and Title verification, property searches, and due diligence for land acquisition and project approvals.

• Coordination with Authorities

  –Having knowledge and experience regarding drafting of Applications, Letters etc to the Government bodies, Collector Office, Prant Office, Municipal Offices, Revenue Departments, Mojani Department etc. for necessary approvals and clearances.

• Knowledge regarding

  Redevelopment Procedure of Housing Societies

  - Having legal knowledge and experience regarding Redevelopment of Societies etc.

• Online and offline applications:

  Having knowledge and experience to file Online & Offline various applications with the Revenue Offices like for Demarcation of Lands, Adjudication of Agreements from JDR.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:

  LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or higher qualification in Law from a recognized university.

• Experience:

  4–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the

  real estate/construction industry

  .
• Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, and civil litigation.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
