Legal Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to the organization. This includes coordinating with external advocates, drafting and vetting contracts, agreements, and various legal documents, as well as conducting title verification of properties and providing title search reports/legal opinions. Your role will also involve addressing and solving legal queries and ensuring adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.
