Legal Executive

You are an experienced Legal professional responsible for overseeing the organization's legal affairs and mitigating legal risks effectively. Your expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, litigation management, and insurance oversight will be crucial in ensuring compliance with legal requirements, minimizing legal exposure, and safeguarding the organization's interests. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers and their legal representatives to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. - Assess legal risks associated with contractual agreements and provide recommendations to minimize exposure. - Manage all aspects of litigation, including working with external counsel, conducting legal research, and representing the organization in court. - Develop strategies to resolve legal disputes timely and cost-effectively. - Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization and update internal policies accordingly. - Oversee various insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with contractual requirements. - Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with insurance claims and provide guidance on claim management. - Advise senior management on legal matters, risk assessment, compliance, and strategic decision-making. - Conduct training sessions for employees on legal issues, contract management, and risk mitigation. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and litigation management, preferably in a corporate legal environment. - Strong understanding of contract law, commercial transactions, and legal principles. - Excellent communication skills to articulate legal concepts effectively. - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with insurance policies, legal research, writing, and analysis. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. - LLB in Any, LLM in Any Specialization (Additional PGDM preferred).
