Role & responsibilities:

Assisting in Due Diligence & Title Search of Land.
Assistance in Drafting and registration of Agreements, Deeds, etc.
Appearance before Courts, Tribunals, RERA Authorities, Registration Office, Police Station, etc.
Liaisoning with various government authorities.

Must-have Skills:

Flowchart of Title/ BLRO searches
Prior experience in the legal field
LLB Degree
Proficiency in basic computer and MS Office
Deed Drafting
Legal Letter Drafting
Knowledge of Land Laws
