Working Days - Monday to Saturday Location: Greater Noida (Pari Chowk) Client : Chemical Manufacturing & Energy Transition Legal Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including contracts, agreements, and MOUs. Ensure all legal documents are precise, clear, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Provide strategic legal advice on various business matters, ensuring alignment with company goals. Employee and Vendor Notices: Prepare and manage legal notices related to employees and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Address and resolve legal issues arising from employee and vendor relationships. Maintain a record of all notices and legal correspondences for future reference. Legal Vetting: Conduct thorough legal vetting of all documents to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in business operations and transactions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all legal aspects are covered before finalizing any documents. Company Legal Compliances: Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and implement compliance programs to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Regularly update company policies and procedures to reflect changes in legislation and regulatory requirements. Company Litigation Management: Manage and oversee all litigation matters, including coordinating with external legal counsel. Represent the company in legal proceedings and dispute resolutions. Develop strategies to minimize legal risks and manage litigation costs effectively.
