Role Overview: As a Legal Head at our company, you will be responsible for leading the legal function and overseeing all internal and in-house legal and regulatory affairs. Your role will involve managing legal documentation and transactions, contract and agreement management, fund management, stakeholder management, risk mitigation and compliance, as well as team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), Shareholders Agreements (SHA), and Term Sheets. - Conduct and manage legal Due Diligence (DD) for investments, acquisitions, and partnerships. - Ensure compliance with corporate, securities, and investment laws. - Structure, draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents. - Provide legal support and oversight in managing funds, including investor relations, structuring, and regulatory compliance. - Act as a key advisor to the leadership team and board on legal risks, rights, and responsibilities. - Identify, evaluate, and manage legal risks impacting the organization. - Build and lead a high-performing legal team aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Law (LLB); Masters degree (LLM) preferred. - 6+ years of progressive legal experience, with substantial experience in corporate law, M&A, venture funding, and compliance. - Proven track record in leading legal functions in high-growth, complex environments.
