LEGAL CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

Document Management:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Organizing and maintaining case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Managing and updating legal databases and software.
• Analyzing and summarizing legal documents.
• Appearing in District Courts

Administrative Support:

• Scheduling appointments and court dates.
• Assisting with client communication and management.
• Managing administrative tasks, such as billing, record-keeping, and filing.

Construction-Specific Tasks:

• Assisting with the preparation of construction contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to construction.
• Supporting the legal team in managing disputes and litigation related to construction projects.

• Proficiency in legal research and analysis .
• Knowledge of construction law and regulations .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
