Legal Compliance - Consultant

Key Responsibilities: - Strong knowledge of Legal & Compliance under various law categories such as Labour laws, HSE, Admin, Secretarial, Finance, and sector-specific laws - Conduct compliance risk assessments, reviews, and audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks in different sectors - Develop compliance checklists, manuals, policies, SOPs, and training materials - Implement compliance tools, handle tool implementations for multiple clients, and monitor compliance tools on behalf of clients - Stay updated on statutory and regulatory developments, along with best practices in compliance control - Manage teams, projects, client escalations, and serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for multiple clients - Prepare reports for Senior Management within the company and clients - Collaborate with different teams within the organization to manage multiple assignments Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements - Prior experience in conducting compliance risk assessments and audits - Ability to develop compliance manuals, policies, and training materials - Proficiency in handling compliance tool implementations - Excellent communication and team management skills,
