Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a Legal Associate with proven experience in real estate law. The role involves drafting and reviewing property agreements, conducting title due diligence, handling RERA compliance, managing litigation, and liaising with government authorities. Key Responsibilities Drafting & vetting sale deeds, lease agreements, JV agreements, etc. Conducting title searches and legal due diligence. Ensuring compliance with RERA and local real estate laws. Supporting litigation and coordinating with external lawyers. Liaising with authorities for registrations and approvals. Requirements: LL.B. with 1 + years of real estate law experience. Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, and land regulations. Good drafting, research, and communication skills.
