Legal Associate

Role Overview: You will be working as an Indian lawyer to support US Attorneys/Law firm in their compatible timings. Your responsibilities will include file management, communication, and drafting legal documents such as complaints, discovery requests, responses, demands, and motions. You should be able to communicate effectively with clients, handle project deliverables, and work on basic to complex cases as per client requirements. Adherence to production and quality milestones is essential. Training will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Support US Attorneys/Law firm in file management, communication, and drafting legal documents - Communicate effectively with clients and handle project deliverables - Work on basic to complex cases as per client requirements - Adhere to production and quality milestones - Conduct legal research on platforms like Lexis and Westlaw Qualifications Required: - LLB/LLM degree - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the legal field - Knowledge and understanding of legal fundamentals, methods, and procedures - Analytical skills and excellent command over written and spoken English - Well-organized, disciplined, and independent - Willingness to work in night shift (8:30 pm to 5:30 am) - Prior experience on research platforms like Lexis and Westlaw is preferred Additional Details: You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to USA laws and work in a high-impact sales environment with excellent performance incentives.
