Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
2. Assist in corporate advisory matters relating to Company Law, Securities Law, and regulatory compliance.
3. Conduct legal due diligence, compliance reviews, and risk assessments for corporate transactions and ongoing operations.
5. Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the Companies Act, securities laws, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
6. Undertake detailed legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions and notes.
7. Identify, manage, and mitigate legal and compliance risks by assisting in the development and implementation of internal policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
8. Promote and support best practices in legal governance, compliance, and risk management across the organization.
