Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an In-House Legal Counsel based in Goa. The role involves hands-on legal support across real estate documentation, property-related matters, and coordination of ongoing litigation and advisory work. The In-House Counsel will work closely with management and external advisors to support day-to-day legal requirements and ensure smooth legal execution across projects. Key Responsibilities • Real estate documentation and property-related paperwork • Coordination with external advocates, consultants, and law firms • Litigation tracking, follow-ups, and procedural coordination • Legal due diligence support and internal documentation • Assistance on contracts, notices, and statutory filings as required Qualifications • 5–10 years of legal experience • Exposure to Goa property laws and documentation (preferred) • Experience handling or coordinating civil litigation is preferred • Practical, detail-oriented approach to legal work • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment Location Goa (on-site) Employment Type Full-time How to Apply Interested candidates may send their CV to shaunak@vinnexa.com with “In-House Legal Counsel” in the subject line.
