Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate with around 1 year of experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to contract drafting, basic IPR filings, data privacy laws, and labour law compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise in corporate law within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and assist in negotiating various corporate and commercial contracts such as NDAs, MoUs, vendor agreements, and service contracts. Intellectual Property (IPR) Management: Support in filing and tracking trademark and copyright applications, managing renewals and oppositions, and coordinating with IP attorneys in India and abroad. Data Privacy Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws such as GDPR, the IT Act, and the DPDP Act. Review privacy policies and help maintain legal documentation in line with regulatory requirements. Labour & Employment Law: Support the team in preparing employment contracts and HR policy documents. Assist in ensuring basic compliance with Indian labour laws and HR-related legal matters.
