Legal Associate

The Legal Associate plays a critical role in our ability to achieve our goals by providing administrative support to the legal team, focusing on contract management, compliance, and documentation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate record-keeping, maintaining compliance standards, and coordinating between the India and US legal teams. We count on our Legal Associate to manage legal documentation efficiently and facilitate smooth communication across teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various business functions. Knowledge & Requirements Experience in the following area is strongly desired but is not required: Organizing the online storage of executed contracts Familiarity with an in-house legal department Position Requirements Strong contract modelling software skills Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Strong organizational and document management skills. Familiarity with contract management platforms (e.g., Concord) and e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign). Detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple contracts and legal documents. Excellent communication skills to coordinate between internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a related field. Show more Show less
