Job Description

Role And Responsibilities Outcomes India is seeking a highly qualified Level 3 Support Engineer capable of researching and addressing customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should be technically sound with hands on experience in technical troubleshooting. The roles and responsibilities include – Researching and resolving technical issues Filing reports regarding technical problems Walking stakeholders (L1 support team primarily) through solutions Collaborate with other engineering teams, Product Management and Account Management teams effectively. Requirements The candidates must possess the following attributes: Overall 2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science or Information Science) Must be self-driven with excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate solutions or an action plan to stakeholders Strong database querying skills (MySQL in particular) Strong conceptual knowledge in core java and should be strong in debugging and deploying Java based applications.
