Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Leasing Manager, located in Noida with some work from home acceptable. The Leasing Manager will manage lease agreements, handle lease administration, conduct market research, and oversee property management. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating lease terms, ensuring resident retention, and maintaining tenant relationships. The Leasing Manager will also collaborate with tenants and property owners to achieve successful leasing outcomes and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Experience in leases, lease administration, and property management
• Proficiency in market research to evaluate property and tenant trends
• Ability to ensure resident retention and satisfaction
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a relevant field
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with retail leasing and franchise expansion is a plus
