Leasing Manager Commercial Real Estate

As a Leasing Manager in the commercial real estate sector, your role will involve developing and implementing leasing strategies for various commercial properties, including office spaces, retail outlets, and mixed-use developments. You will be responsible for engaging potential tenants, conducting site visits and negotiations, preparing lease proposals and agreements, and analyzing market trends to ensure competitive offerings. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing leasing strategies for office spaces, retail outlets, and mixed-use developments. - Identifying and engaging potential tenants through brokers, direct contacts, and corporate networks. - Conducting site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective tenants. - Analyzing market trends, competitor properties, and rental rates to keep offerings competitive. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and corporate clients. - Ensuring timely occupancy and minimizing vacancy periods across commercial projects. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and fit-outs. - Tracking and reporting leasing performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. To excel in this role, you should hold a graduate degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial leasing. Additionally, you should possess a strong knowledge of commercial lease terms, documentation, and local real estate regulations, along with an established network of corporate clients, brokers, and IPCs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and familiarity with CRM or property management software is a plus.
