Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Manager, located in Bhopal. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing lease agreements, conducting market research, and overseeing lease administration. Day-to-day tasks also include property management, ensuring resident retention, and maintaining strong tenant relations to foster a positive community atmosphere.

• Experience with Leases and Lease Administration
• Proficiency in conducting Market Research
• Skills in Property Management
• Ability to maintain Resident Retention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
