Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Executive/Property Surveyor located in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling commercial leasing. Daily tasks include conducting market research, evaluating properties. The role requires regular interaction with clients, landlords, and property managers to ensure smooth lease transactions.

Must Required

• Commercial Leasing Negotiations skills
• Proficiency in Market Research and Property Evaluation
• Understanding of Leases and Lease Agreements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or any field
• 1-3 years experience in the real estate industry.
• Candidate must have a wheeler.

Salary for this position - 20-30k plus incentivs
