Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Executive/Property Surveyor, located in Gurugram. The Leasing Executive/Property Surveyor will be responsible for handling the leasing processes, conducting lease negotiations. The role involves conducting market research, property evaluations, and assisting in lease documentation. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with clients to ensure tailored leasing solutions align with their goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiations
• Proficiency in Lease Administration, Managing Leases, and Lease Documentation
• Strong Market Research skills and familiarity with market conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• 1-3 Years experience

  in the real estate sales/leasing
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or any
• Candidate shoud must have own two wheeler

Salary - 20K-26K + Travel Allowance + Incentives
