Leasing Executive

As a Retail Market Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to analyze market dynamics in both online and offline retail channels, while staying updated on emerging trends. You will be tasked with developing and nurturing strong relationships with key retailers, as well as overseeing the planning, organization, and layout of retail outlets. Monitoring performance metrics across various retail categories will also be a crucial part of your role. In addition, you will be required to evaluate, negotiate, and finalize lease deals, while also understanding and adhering to mall zoning regulations. Overseeing mall operations related to leasing activities and effectively planning and managing temporary kiosks will also fall within your purview. To qualify for this role, you must hold an MBA from a reputed institute. While having at least 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in retail or leasing, will be advantageous, it is not mandatory. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with strong analytical capabilities to evaluate market trends and performance metrics effectively.,
