Job Description

We are looking for a Lease Abstraction Analyst responsible for extracting, reviewing, and summarizing key financial and legal information from lease agreements. The role supports efficient lease management, compliance, and decision-making across real estate, legal, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract and summarize critical lease details such as tenant information, lease terms, rental clauses, renewals, and responsibilities
Standardize and organize lease data into structured formats or databases
Validate abstracted data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Enter lease information into client systems, applications, or Excel spreadsheets
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify lease-related queries
Support reporting, compliance, and portfolio-level lease analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong analytical ability to interpret legal and financial lease clauses
High attention to detail with excellent data accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of real estate and lease administration processes
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple lease documents efficiently
