What you’ll do

• Deliver and coordinate 

  B2B learning projects

   (training, assessments, consulting) with client satisfaction.
• Oversee execution of our 

  retail certification programs

  , ensuring smooth learner experience.
• Support sales with insights, proposals, and account engagement.
• Mentor junior team members, refine processes, and contribute to 

  learning content

   and marketing.

What we’re looking for

• Women with 

  career breaks of 1+ years

   or 

  working mothers

   looking for flexible restart opportunities.
• Past experience (5–8+ years) in 

  program/project management, HR, consulting, or L&D

• Strong multitasking, coordination, and communication skills.
