Job Description

Able Ventures is hiring for a client organization for the HR Executive position based in Chennai. Primary Responsibilities Managing all day-to-day HR administration work and ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date Managing the complete employee lifecycle of an employee in the organization, from hiring to exit. Driving the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization as per the agreed manpower requirement and budget Facilitating employee training as per the training requirement Responsible for running the monthly payroll of all employees and resolving issues pertaining to attendance and payroll, if any Driving and facilitating the performance management process of all employees as per the timeline. Facilitating employee rewards and recognition schemes Responsible for maintaining records of annual leave and attendance. Inducting new staff and overseeing probationary periods Conducting various employee engagement activities and ensuring participation. Responsible for designing, communicating, and implementing people policies in the organization. Resolving employee issues and concerns related to policies and procedures. Conducting disciplinary procedures in case of any reported employee misconduct. Qualification and experience required PGDM or MBA in HRM Graduate in any field 2-5 yrs of experience in an HR generalist role Proficient in the MS Office suite Show more Show less
