What you’ll do

• Deliver key B2B projects (training, assessments, consulting) with high client satisfaction.
• Oversee retail program execution with a team, ensuring smooth learner experience.
• Support sales with insights, proposals, and account engagement.
• Mentor juniors, refine processes, and contribute to marketing/learning content.

What we’re looking for

• 5–8 years in program/project management (HR, consulting, or L&D preferred).
• Strong client-facing, multitasking, and process skills.
• Ability to manage both 

  high-volume retail programs

   and 

  customized B2B projects
