Job Description

Role Overview

This role will

pilot the sales and testing of new educational products while developing high-quality educational content

that aligns with EdTerra’s experiential learning approach. It will require direct school engagement, workshop facilitation, content development, and marketing material creation to ensure product readiness and market alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Pilot Sales of New Educational Products

  • Pilot and test the sales of EdTerra’s new educational products in targeted regions.
  • Engage directly with schools and key stakeholders to understand sales challenges and gather feedback for refining sales strategies.
  • Support in mapping market needs and aligning product offerings accordingly.

2️⃣ Testing Educational Intervention in the Field

  • Plan and conduct workshops with students and teachers to test educational interventions.
  • Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve product effectiveness, delivery methods, and learning outcomes.

3️⃣ Educational Content Development

  • Design engaging educational content, including activities, knowledge quizzes, and group sessions that enhance student learning and align with EdTerra’s experiential learning framework.
  • Ensure all content is age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives.

4️⃣ Editing and Post-Production

  • Assist in editing and post-production of student-generated content, including manuscripts, magazines, blogs, and videos.
  • Mentor and guide students to create quality content consistent with EdTerra’s brand.

5️⃣ Marketing Literature Development

  • Create brochures, flyers, digital posts, and other promotional materials to support marketing and sales of EdTerra’s educational programs.
  • Ensure consistency with EdTerra’s brand language and visual guidelines in all marketing collateral.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Content Development, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in educational content creation, product testing, or sales in the education sector.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for conducting workshops and engaging with schools.
  • Ability to write and edit high-quality educational and marketing content.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage field testing and content development simultaneously.
  • Passionate about education, innovation, and experiential learning.
