What are we looking for? The Learning Administration Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing learning systems, coordinating training logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of learning and development programs. This role combines administrative expertise with technical proficiency in Cornerstone on Demand(CSOD) Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analytics to support organizational learning strategies.Experience13 years in learning administration or LMS management.
Skills:

oProficiency in Cornerstone LMS platforms for 1-3 yearsoStrong organizational and time management skills.oExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.oAdvanced MS Excel and reporting skills for 1 + years

Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments The decisions that you make would impact your own work You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsLMS Management

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Learning Management System (LMS).Training Coordination

Schedule and manage training sessions (virtual and in-person).

Handle participant registration, confirmations, and attendance tracking.

Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless program delivery.Reporting & Analytics

Generate reports on learner progress, completion rates, and engagement.

Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on learning technologies and best practices.

Suggest enhancements to improve user experience and learning outcomes.
