Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning Management System Administrator and IT Support located in Noida. As a Learning Management System Administrator and IT Support, you will be responsible for the daily administration of IT and support of our LMS. Key tasks include system configuration, user management, troubleshooting technical issues, and educators to ensure a seamless learning experience. You will also be required to provide training and support for LMS users, ensuring that the system meets the needs of both instructors and students.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • System Administration and Learning Management skills
  • Strong Communication skills to interact with educators, students, and technical support staff
  • Experience in Instructional Design
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or related field preferred
  • Experience with LMS platforms and technologies is an advantage
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify development gaps.
  • Collaborate with leaders across departments to build and grow capability of individuals and teams.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences.
  • Develop blended learning content (e-learning, instructor-led and workshops).
  • Lead and improve the employee onboarding and orientation experience.
  • Build and manage content on our Learning Management System (LMS).

About You:

  • 1+ years of experience in an L&D, HR, or training role (essential).
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles (desirable).
  • Experience facilitating live training sessions and managing onboarding programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Experience managing learning platforms or LMSs (desirable).
  • A passion for continuous improvement and creating positive learning cultures.
