Learning Lead

Role Overview: As a Lead - L&D at Chennai location with a competitive CTC package, your role involves managing stakeholder relationships across all businesses within VF at HO and Zonal levels. You will be responsible for creating and presenting training activities and outcomes data periodically to CBO/CBO DRs, discussing on the way forward. Travelling across zones to connect with leaders and frontline staff is crucial to assess training gaps and best practices. Your role also includes conceptualizing new initiatives with defined outcome metrics and collaborating with zonal training teams to execute them. Additionally, you will collaborate with the ID team to create and review learning content and deliver selected training modules and TTT sessions for other zonal trainers.
