Job Summary:

Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to meet performance targets and deliver quality results.
Plan and allocate work effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Handle escalations and resolve operational or customer-related issues efficiently.
Conduct daily/weekly team meetings to review progress and share updates.
Identify training needs and support skill development of team members.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
