Job Description

What You’ll Do

Design and deliver training programs focused on AI tools, productivity workflows, and new-age skills
Build a structured L&D framework to upskill employees across functions
Create engaging learning content, guides, playbooks, and SOPs
Conduct workshops, 1:1 coaching, and group learning sessions
Enable teams to use GenAI tools for faster execution and better problem-solving
Identify skill gaps and user challenges to create targeted learning interventions
Support adoption of AI-driven processes for marketing, design, product, and tech teams
Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements

What We’re Looking For

3–4 years of experience in L&D, training, or instructional design
Experience in conducting training programs or workshops (corporate or academic)
Strong understanding of GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, etc.
Ability to simplify and teach complex concepts to non-technical users
Strong communication and storytelling abilities
Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and passionate about a learning culture
