Location: Bengaluru

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of the L&D function. The ideal candidate will support the smooth execution of training programs and ensure operational excellence across all L&D initiatives, contributing significantly to the organizations overall talent development strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • 5-6 years of experience in learning and development operations or related role
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and other training administration tools
  • Preferred knowledge of People Strong LMS
  • Project management skills preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Role & responsibilities:

Administrative Management of Training:

  • Coordinate logistics and operations of training programs including scheduling, venue arrangements, and preparation of materials.
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and participants to provide program information and support.

Risk & Compliance:

  • Conduct risk assessments for L&D programs, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all L&D activities comply with internal policies, controls, and organizational guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal/external audit and compliance requirements related to L&D.

Learning Management System (LMS) Management

  • Oversee LMS operations to ensure accurate training records and reporting.
  • Create events, sessions, and training objects in the LMS.
  • Update training completion and certification data from various sources.
  • Publish consistent activity reports for HR, L&D, and operational teams.
  • Report Learning KPIs and scorecards to the Leadership Team.
