As a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager at our company based in Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees across various levels. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, preparing, and delivering engaging training modules on various subjects to cater to the learning needs of employees. - Conducting regular training sessions focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, communication skills, and behavioral competencies. - Identifying learning gaps through assessments and collaborating with department heads to address specific training requirements. - Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and implementing enhancements to ensure maximum impact. - Maintaining comprehensive training documentation, generating reports, and updating training modules as needed. - Providing support for employee engagement and development initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization. Qualifications Required: - A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in learning and development roles. - Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Malayalam languages. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
