  • Key Responsibilities

    :
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure business needs are met.
  • Delivery of training as well and not just creation of training modules
  • Define measurement strategies linking L&D programs to ROI.
  • Create and deliver Learning Programme
  • Design curriculums based on technical inputs and capability roadmaps.
  • Program manage large-scale learning initiatives and budget alignment.

  • Skills Required

    :
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Project/program management experience in L&D.
  • Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and design learning reports.
