• Build Relationships:

  Engage and follow up with prospects to nurture trust and long-term connections.

• Manage Complete Customer Lifecycle:

  Oversee the sales process from lead engagement to program enrollment.

• Counsel Professionals:

  Recommend courses aligned with career goals via calls and emails.

• Maintain Records:

  Use CRM tools to track sales activities and manage pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as B2C sales representative 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills to close sales, with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High customer empathy
