Role Overview:

Own the global L&D charter for the company. Strengthen leadership capability, drive performance excellence, and solve people issues with speed and clarity. Strengthen leadership capability, drive performance excellence, and solve people issues with speed and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product/Engineering leaders on org design, talent gaps, and people priorities.
• Lead L&D programs: leadership development, manager capability, onboarding, and tech skill development.
• Drive performance cycles, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Coach managers on feedback, conflict resolution, and team effectiveness.
• Use data to diagnose risks and deliver targeted interventions.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven ability to partner with engineering and product teams.
• Bachelors or masters degree; engineering/technical background preferred.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving capability.
